We offer three levels of training plan for each type of event. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. If you choose one of these (Beginner for example) and then decide you want to swap because it's too easy for you, just let us know within the first 14 days of purchase and we'll swap it for a different level (Intermediate or Advanced).
To help you choose the right level, when browsing our training plans at myprocoach.net you can click on a Preview of each one, which includes screenshots of the easiest and hardest weeks. Look at these screenshots and try to think if the training is realistic for your current fitness and time availability.
