The bike and run workouts in your training plan are created using the Workout Builder function in Training Peaks. This enables you to export your bike and run workouts to your devices and training software, such as Garmin, TrainerRoad, Zwift (only cycling workouts are currently available for export to Zwift) and Wahoo Elemnt.
Once you've exported a workout you can then follow it on-screen as you train.

- Bike workouts are exportable using Power as a measure

Heart Rate Note: If you want to export your workouts using Heart Rate as a measure, you will need to re-create the session using the Workout Builder feature of Training Peaks. However, we recommend you use power and pace if you can, because Heart Rate reacts too slowly to truly reflect sudden changes in intensity.
