When you apply one of our training plans to your Training Peaks Calendar, it can occasionally appear all squashed up (for example, there may be 3 sessions in one day).
Why can this happen?
It only happens if you try to apply a 24 week plan (for example) into a period that's shorter than 24 weeks.
When you apply your plan to your calendar, you can choose the Start Date or End Date. The Start Date should always be a Monday, ideally the correct number of weeks before your key race.
Whereas if you choose to set an End Date it should always be a Sunday (even if your race is a Saturday).
