All of our training plans include strength and conditioning workouts, which are explained in a PDF that is provided.
They are designed to be done in a gym, using basic equipment that you'll find in most facilities.
If you don't have access to a gym, most of the exercises can be done at home with resistance bands and dumbbells (or kettle bells).
You would need a few different resistances of bands, for the different strength training phases. Usually you can find an inexpensive set at somewhere like K-Mart, Argos or Decathlon depending on which country you're in.
For the bench press you could do push ups or bench press with a barbell instead. Some kind of bench would be handy if you did this.
If you had a door mounted pull up bar, you could do the pull ups. However they are harder without a counter-weight like you find on gym machines.
