Yes. There are some benchmark fitness tests, but you may wish to do more.
There are Functional Threshold Power (FTP) bike power tests every 8-12 weeks. These tests are a great measure of your progress and can also be used to set a realistic race pacing strategy on the bike.
There are no specific run tests scheduled, but it can be a good idea to do a run threshold test every 8-12 weeks during an active recovery week. Just make sure the conditions are similar for each subsequent test, so you're comparing apples with apples.
There are no specific swim tests scheduled but you may wish to do a CSS swim test every 8-12 weeks to track your progress.
FINAL NOTE: If you have used our online calculators then we recommend not to tick "automatically apply new threshold changes" as this will default your zones to an automatic Training Peaks setting that may have the incorrect number of zones and values. However you can update your threshold values manually.
