Dietary requirements are different for every athlete, so I do not include any specific pre-written dietary advice in the training plans. However in the future I aim to create a range of diet plans that you can use in conjunction with your training plan.
In the past I have worked with a sports nutritionist who creates bespoke individual diet plans based on your training plan, height, weight and dietary preferences. This works well, but is fairly expensive due to the level of personalisation. I used Sally Pinnegar at FitNaturally based in England. Alternatively you could Google “triathlon dietician” or “triathlon nutritionist” and see what you find.
For more general nutritional advice, such as what to eat before, during and after a race, check out the nutrition and hydration section of my training blog here.
