When you buy a My Pro Coach Training Plan, it includes email coach support. So rather than you following your training plan unsupported, you have the option to email one of our coaching team whenever you have any questions.
In our Help Centre there’s the “Email The Coach” button at the top of the page, should you need further assistance.
Once you are using your training plan you are welcome to contact us if you have questions along the way. We want to provide you with an affordable and effective training solution rather than leave you alone with a training plan.
The only things we don't include are personalisation of your training plan, analysis of your training data or answers to things unconnected to your training. For example we cannot view your completed training and make comments on it.
